Dogeared Digital is seeking a talented Content Strategist to join our pack and help close the content marketing gap for our clients. In this fully remote role, you’ll be creating impactful content that drives results across the entire customer journey. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling narratives, have a knack for data-driven strategy, and aren’t afraid to cut through the noise in digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do for our clients:
- Implement our full funnel content marketing framework to create content that addresses customer problems at every stage of the journey.
- Write and edit long and short-form pieces for clients across an array of channels and industries with a heavy focus on B2B and tech. You’ll be both creating content from scratch, as well as working with other writers to get their content client-ready.
- You’ll create and publish content across all major channels including social media, email, website, blog, and more.
- Research new tactics, tools, and strategies for client initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform content strategy and optimize performance. Execute content audits and create content strategies and execution plans for clients.
- Create strategy and proposal decks.
- Generally liaise with clients, showing up for calls, responding to emails, keeping projects moving, etc.
What you’ll do for our us:
- Create content for the Dogeared Digital brand including case studies, blogs, and social posts.
- Help manage the Dogeared Digital rebrand and website relaunch. This will include writing new website content, updating owned channels, templates, and assets with new logo, colors, and brand elements.
- Some marketing-ops tasks, including website CMS management, email client management, and social media scheduling tools.
- Assist with business scaling outreach campaigns and growth tactics.
- Other content-related activities as client and business needs continue to grow and evolve.

- Light design skills (comfortable in Canva, no professional graphic design experience needed).
- Well organized and comfortable juggling multiple clients and projects at once.

- Eagerness and ability to learn new tools and skills quickly.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies.
The experience that will set you apart:
- Experience writing long and short-form B2B content for social media, email, website, and blogs/articles. Samples are a must.
- Experience creating and executing content and marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone who is an exceptional writer AND can see the bigger picture of what content can do to accelerate our clients’ businesses.
- Experience with marketing tech tools such as CMS’s, CRM’s, social scheduling tools, and/or email clients.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with creating designs in Canva.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Experience creating polished presentation decks with logical narratives and clean design.
- Prior agency experience desired, or in a similar role managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Experience in tech is a bonus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email analytics is also a plus.
